Attractions in Andaman Nicobar
Wandur Beaches
On the west coast of Andaman Nicobar Islands lies an inebriated
untouched islands of Wandur that has places called as places called Red
Skin and Jolly Buoy. Here you have an option to get lost amongst the
amazing corals and tropical life. Move on glass bottom boats and
snorkeling equipments that can be availed on hire. The best way to see
these islands are day long excursions but no night stays are allowed.
Because of the fragile ecological balance of this area, it has been
declared a Marine National Park. Also to be found among its rich marine
fauna are four species of turtles, the dugong and the salt-water
crocodile. The National Park encompasses a total of 15 major islands and
several islets.
Cinque Islands
Move straight 25 kms from Port Blair and you will find the Cinque
Island. A brilliant zone for water sports devouts, have a new feel of
adventure with scuba diving, snorkeling and windsurfing. There are loads
of unspoilt beaches where you can wade to. Move little ahead to move see
the playful dolphins.
Neil and Havelock Islands
Linked with interconnected inland shipping services the two islands are
connected to Port Blair. But travelling borne the rigors of the cruise
it is worth visiting Neil and Havelock Islands. The marine life is quiet

Some Famous Spots
Cellular Jail
No one can miss one spot that Andaman and Nicobar Islands are famous
for, i.e Cellular Jail. The dungeon with seven wings and three storeyed
high has many names of freedom fighters etched on its walls. The jail,
built over 12 years, stands as a symbol of untold sufferings and pain.
The outer wings have now been reformed into the hospitals and thus gives
a better picture today.
Other Beaches
There are other beaches like Corbyn and Chirya Tapu, Radhanagar Beach,
Karmatang Beach and Ramnagar Beach that have water sports and bathing
facilities.
